Mental Health Apps

These apps are designed to change a person’s mental state from a negative to a positive. This can be in the form of a questionnaire or the user writing a diary or writing down whenever they have a negative emotion. Once the apps receive the input they respond with solutions or ways to think positively about the situation that the person is in.

Mental Health Apps for Screen addiction

These apps are designed so that the user can control the amount of time they spend on apps or websites. They can set restrictions saying how much time they want to spend on an app a day. Plus, they all provide a report on how much time the user spends on apps, showing the ones they frequently visit.

Alongside these apps, the new iPhone has a new feature which helps to tell them how long they spent on each app (entertainment, social, etc). It also gives the user the option for putting restrictions on certain apps.

All these apps are available through the Google play store.
