The aim of this blog is to familiarize you with the effects of screen use dependency on physical and mental health. We will also be covering helpful resources and applications that can help you — as the screen is not your enemy — and recommend things to do outside of media. Included within the blog is a personal story of my experience of video game addiction, how I overcame it and how my experience can be a viable learning resource to better manage screen addiction and potentially overcome it.
